Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Yojika Systems Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013. Using the site means you accept them.

These are not the terms of any engagement. If you hire us, the contract is the written scope and proposal we both sign — not this page. Where the two disagree, the signed scope governs.

1. What this site is

An informational website describing our company, our products and the services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a professional relationship between us.

2. Prices

The figures published on this site are indicative starting prices for the smallest sensible version of each engagement. They are exclusive of GST and of third-party costs such as domains, advertising spend, model API usage and subscriptions.

A price becomes binding only when it appears in a written scope signed by both of us. We may change published prices at any time; a change does not affect a scope already agreed.

3. Accuracy

We take care that everything here is true, including the technical claims about our own work. Figures such as application sizes, timelines and language counts describe the state of things when written and may change. If you find something on this site that is wrong, tell us at hello@yojika.com and we will correct it.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, code and marks on this site belong to us, except where they identify someone else. You may read, quote and link to it. You may not present it as your own or use our name or marks in a way that implies a relationship that does not exist.

Product names belonging to other companies are used on this site only to describe or compare, and remain the property of their owners.

5. What you send us

Do not send confidential information through the contact form. Use it to tell us enough to have a useful first conversation; anything sensitive should wait until we have a confidentiality agreement in place, which we are happy to sign.

You must not use the form or any contact route here to send unlawful, abusive or automated bulk material, or to attempt to interfere with the site.

6. Links out

We link to other sites, including our own product site. We are not responsible for anything on a site we do not operate, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Availability

We make no promise that this site will be continuously available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. It carries no service level, because it is a brochure rather than a product.

8. Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent Indian law permits, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of it or reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms; the current version is always the one on this page, dated above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
