Your quote sets out the deliverables, exclusions, delivery plan, price and payment terms. You can ask questions before agreeing to it.
Agree before work begins
Project work has an agreed fixed price. If you request a change to the scope, we discuss its cost and timing with you before starting it.
The scope records the delivery plan, review steps and any information or access we need from you. For ongoing services, it also sets out the monthly work and approval responsibilities.

Payment terms
Project work is normally billed half up front and half at handover. Ongoing monthly services are billed in advance. The quote confirms the terms and any applicable taxes.
Ownership and access
Your business keeps ownership of its accounts and the agreed deliverables. Software handover includes the source code and instructions listed in your scope.
Third-party costs
Domain registration, hosting, advertising, AI usage and other subscriptions are separate from our service fee unless the quote says otherwise. We identify the accounts and costs you will manage.
Smaller requests
You can also enquire about a landing page, an existing website update, an app improvement or a specific automation. We review the request and quote for the work needed.
